To be successful on the team, you should have an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to create a successful business! When you join, you will be in a training program that will provide you with a foundation to build a successful business—giving you continued support and mentorship, as well as marketing resources and tools to keep the leads coming! The ultimate goal of this position is to deliver the best-in-class performance and achieve and exceed financial targets for one of the two fundamental categories of their business: SALES. This role reports to the Head of Commercial. It will own the Sales category for a specifically assigned group of leads alongside the responsibility to enrich their property database through their existing network, new relationship building, and close teamwork with the their property hunter to achieve and exceed sales targets. More specifically, these will be your responsibilities: * You will manage a pipeline of incoming leads where you have to respond fast, leveraging the proven and successful company's tone of voice, qualify them, and then prioritize them based on specific criteria and your business acumen. * Be out in the field and become experts in every neighborhood. * Use in-house created CRM technology to help set the foundation for your business. * Learn the ins and outs of a transaction and how to close the deal permanently. * Please take advantage of their fantastic marketing program to help you go above and beyond for the clients. * You will also need to develop your business strategy to acquire new leads focusing on International clients. * Once the lead is qualified and prioritized, your primary focus will be to convert it into a client by ensuring that the company is their only destination for real estate in Barcelona and its surroundings. The developer will join the Energy Materials Unit, working on the development of battery technologies. They must be capable of carrying out several lines of work simultaneously, optimising resources and maximising results.

The researcher will work independently, according to the defined work plan.

Your work will focus on the following activities:

  • Development, characterization and optimization of SSB towards project KPIs including failure and post-mortem analysis.
  • Investigation of physical-chemical and electrochemical properties of solid electrolytes, electrodes and cell components.
  • Project management and management of laboratory staff.
  • Data analysis and interpretation. Writing project proposals, technical reports, patent applications, conference abstracts and scientific manuscripts.
  • Participate in technology transfer and scale-up of the developed materials and technologies.
  • Perform literature and patent search to identify new materials, technologies and processes.

CIDETEC Energy Storage is looking for a person trained in battery engineering to work in the Energy Materials Unit. A person trained in mechanical engineering with knowledge on viscoelastic material properties and porous media mechanics. Knowledge on mechanical modelling would also be an asset, so that the candidate can combine experimental studies with simulations to contribute to develop R&D projects in advanced battery cell prototype development.
